WAShop Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Digital Service Nature
    WAShop provides digital e-commerce solutions (software, store setup services, and subscriptions). As such:
  • No physical returns are possible.
  • Refunds are discretionary and evaluated case-by-case under South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Section 44(2) for digital services.
  1. Refund Eligibility
    Refund requests may be considered only if:
  • Service delivery fails completely (e.g., store setup not initiated within 48 hours).
  • Technical faults prevent core functionality and WAShop cannot resolve them within 7 days.
  1. Non-Refundable
  • Subscription fees after 14 days (deemed “used”).
  • Custom work (e.g., paid store setups) once delivered.
  • Third-party costs (e.g., domain purchases).
  1. How to Request
    Email dlrow.pohsawobfsctd-3bc22d@lagelwithin 14 days of purchase with:
  • Order number
  • Detailed reason + screenshots (if applicable).
  1. South African Law
    This policy complies with:
  • CPA Section 44 (digital service exemptions).
  • ECTA Chapter VII (electronic transactions).
