WAShop Returns & Refunds Policy
- Digital Service Nature
WAShop provides digital e-commerce solutions (software, store setup services, and subscriptions). As such:
- No physical returns are possible.
- Refunds are discretionary and evaluated case-by-case under South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Section 44(2) for digital services.
- Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- Service delivery fails completely (e.g., store setup not initiated within 48 hours).
- Technical faults prevent core functionality and WAShop cannot resolve them within 7 days.
- Non-Refundable
- Subscription fees after 14 days (deemed “used”).
- Custom work (e.g., paid store setups) once delivered.
- Third-party costs (e.g., domain purchases).
- How to Request
Email dlrow.pohsawobfsctd-3bc22d@lagelwithin 14 days of purchase with:
- Order number
- Detailed reason + screenshots (if applicable).
- South African Law
This policy complies with:
- CPA Section 44 (digital service exemptions).
- ECTA Chapter VII (electronic transactions).
